Terms of DeliveryGuaranteeOur Partners guarantee accurate completion of all orders, which are processed by Goods and Foods. Guarantee covers
Guarantee obligations are conditional upon the Buyer giving immediate notice (in writing) of complaint; in particular the Buyer shall return to the Seller the defected goods. The Seller then has the option to replace the goods. The Goods and Foods 'Guarantee Voucher' is enclosed in each Gift Hamper for the addressees' information. Our Gift HampersThe customer selects the variety and contents of the gift hamper. Nevertheless it can occur that articles are not available; this applies in particular to exotic fruits. Therefore the gift hamper in kind can differ in particular cases. This gives proof, that each gift hamper is arranged locally with fresh goods. In either case the presentee with the personal gift, will associate treat and taste. PricesPrices for comestible goods underlie regional and seasonal variations. The normal retail price (or selling or shop) is effectual for Goods and Foods. The pricing of goods is relevant to the supplies of Goods and Foods Partners at the addressees' location and the delivery date itself. Goods and Foods quotation prices include free delivery and packaging. Free delivery is calculated with an all-inclusive EUR 5, 00, which the Goods and Foods Partner can deduct from the order value. Also included in the total sum, is the service all-inclusive of EUR 2, 50. VAT included on all prices. Delivery Timea. Distribution of Goods and Foods gift hampers are basically carried out during shopping hours of the supplier, however not on Sundays and public holidays. Fixed delivery will only occur in agreement. b. Orders for distribution on the same day within the postal district must be submitted by 15.00 hrs the latest, on Saturdays by 11.00 hrs and for the outskirt districts, at least one day before the fixed delivery, unless quicker delivery methods are agreed. Deliverya. The Partner is authorised to deliver the goods to third parties who may be assumed under the circumstances to have the authority to accept or forward the delivery to the receiver, if so agreed with the customer. The same applies for additions, (covering letters, giftware etc.), whose delivery has been accepted in Individual cases. b. Extra costs that arise from attempted deliveries without success will be charged separately to the customer. Additionsa. Delivery of money, treasuries and other valuables are not accepted as additions. b. A liability for damage or loss of additions is only excluded by slight fault of the contractor and supplier, as well as the performance aids of trade. DetailsThe Buyer carries the full responsibility for accuracy and completeness of addressee. VAT AssessmentIn accordance with the Senate Administration of Finance in Berlin dated 7th December 1999 (Company Reference No. III B 11 - S 7100 - 6/93) the order value bears the applicable VAT of the respective business. |
